Channel 3's iAlert School Closing System is the new sponsor for WKYC. Some may remember the first part of the intro from the times AmTrust Bank sponsored a "commercial-free" newscast a few times back in mid-2007. This also debuts the new voiceover line for the intro. It is still Ed O'Brien. It is now back to what it was (more-or-less) from their pre-HD voiceover with Don LaFontaine. No copyright infringement is intended.
