In this part of the Dead Rising playthrough, Frank discovers that all is not well in the mall with the place surrounded by undead. After a parley with an old cripple, Dean Tippetts finds his dog Madonna outside of the mall, he then opens the door and lets in the zombies. Samuel L. Jackson then arrives and tells everyone to run.
